The Diversion Program uses the Program's progress and proposals report to assess the return of a participant to safe PT practice. This report contains detailed information about the participant's progress in terms of meeting program requirements and their proposed plan for returning to safe practice. Option A, current job performance, may be considered but it is not the main factor in assessing a participant's readiness to return to practice. Option B, recommendations from peers, may be helpful but it is not the sole tool used in assessment. Option C, an annual written examination, is not mentioned as part of the assessment process and may not accurately reflect the participant's ability to return to practice.
